-What is the process if I want to create my own product?
First of all, it would be better if you have a rough idea of the main features/ingredients and target price. Then we can design the formula based on your needs and provide a quotation later.
-How do I set a target price?
The target price/cost is normally set based on your brand/product positioning, and your gross margin/retail price. You might need to set up target costs for both bulk and packaging materials with filling labor.
-How do I test on the sample products before production?
Once you provide the necessary product information, we will start the formulation and make an initial sample for your assessment. When you receive the sample, you may try and test it and give us feedback for further modification. If the formulation is confirmed and a Purchasing Order is placed, a confirmation sample will be delivered and a 6-week stability test will be performed.
-What is the minimum order (MOQ)?
If you are only purchasing bulk from us, the MOQ is 100KG. If you are ordering finished goods, depending on the product category and product size, the MOQ would usually be between 2K and 5K.
-Do you provide packaging material and/or design?
Yes. We can source the container and the packaging material such as pouches, labels, and boxes for you. If you need it, we can also design the artwork for you at an extra cost. But in most cases, the container and packaging materials would have a MOQ target to meet. For plastic bottles, the MOQ usually would be 1K-5K, even 10K if the size is small. For labels and paper/cardboard boxes, the MOQ is usually 1K.
-Approximately how long will the whole process take?
It takes 3-4 weeks for the initial sample and 1-3 weeks for each modification depending on the difficulty. When it comes to production, a delivery date will be reported when the formula and production details are confirmed. It usually takes 3-6 weeks for production, depending on the product and the order quantity. If you require us to purchase the packaging materials for you, the delivery date will be affected by the lead time to the packaging materials. Usually 4-6 weeks for bottles and 1-2 weeks for labels and boxes.
If you are creating a new formula, we strongly recommend waiting for the result of the 6-week stability test before going to production to avoid any potential quality issues.

-What is the shipping procedure?
Samples will be delivered through expresses such as UPS or DHL. The final products may be shipped via air or sea at the customer's request. Our standard price term is FCA, the freight does not include in the price. You may need to work with your local forwarder to handle the shipment.
-Can I make my product 'natural' or 'organic'?
Yes, we may choose the COSMOS Natual/Organic certified ingredients. But those ingredients are more expensive. Please make sure you have enough budget to go natural or organic.
-Who has the ownership of the formula?
Junda Beauty owns the formula since the formulation is time-and-cost-consuming. An order quantity guarantee or exclusive fee is required to secure the formula.
